Showcasing Client Work – Unless otherwise expressed in writing by the client, KCC Consulting reserves the right to showcase logos, branding, website designs, applications, or other creative deliverables created for clients in its portfolio, on its website, and in marketing or promotional materials. – This is strictly for demonstrating design and service capabilities, and no confidential business information will ever be shared.
8. Monitoring and Review – Marketing campaigns will be regularly monitored to ensure compliance with this policy. – Periodic reviews and audits will be conducted for accuracy, effectiveness, and brand alignment.

Implementation The Marketing & Operations team is responsible for implementing and enforcing this policy. All employees, contractors, and staff involved in communications must familiarize themselves with and adhere to this policy.
